Chicken Recipe - Making Chicken Taste Good While Bodybuilding

Chicken is the main building block for most bodybuilders. The price is cheap and nutritionally it contains a high amount of protein with almost no carbs making it a prime addition to any diet.

Unfortunately, making chicken taste good without adding butter, rubs, or uneccesary calories can be sort of a learning curve. Not to mention that it tends to get dry over time, so if you are preparing chicken for an entire week, it is difficult to keep the flavor from the first day.

In addition, chicken can be dangerous to you if not cooked properly so ensuring that it is cooked all the way through while keeping the juice and flavor can be challenging as well.

To help, I have added the recipe and technique I use when cooking chicken. While it may not be 100% perfect for everyone, it will give those who are inexperienced with cooking a starting point on their fitness journey.

Directions
Season both sides of your chicken with equal parts garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper with a small amount of the rest of the ingredients.
Pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees.
Once pre-heating is complete, insert your chicken in a cooking pan for 30 - 45 minutes until the chicken is cooked all the way through and, by using a heat thermometer, check that the center is heated to 165˚F (74˚C).
Package your chicken for the week.
